Bored!
Hell, I’m bored these days!! With my project more or less in the final stages, there’s not much work to do. So, all this time I’m just browsing the web, trying to kill time somehow, but you know time stops when you want it to fly. Don’t know why?
Even at home, I don’t know how to pass time. Don’t even feel like reading books, or watching TV. They are all crap!! Hanging around with friends is not an option as well. Everybody apart from me is so busy!!
The only thing I’m doing these days is posting crap in: PagalGuy.com (all wannabe management gurus flock here), SitePoint.com (the international designer junta), and Pakistan Defence Forums (check out some serious India Bashing there).
BTW, what do you guys do in your leisure? Maybe I will also get few ideas!!

bahut dino ke baad apun first aaye hain.
well dost me going through the same right now as i am between projects but i don’t get bored…why? here are the things that i do to keep myself busy:
and if i am really bored..then i will go shopping.

manpreet bhai same is the case with me .. even my project is in last phase and i am free from almost 4 months.. u know best part is i was busy for three months and free for 4 months.. beech beech mein thoda kaam aa jaata hai .. bas baki saara din same as u browsing.. aur abhi recently yeh blog mein ghusa hoon to interesting sites mein logo ki baatein padta rehta hoon..
not to mention checking all the biodata that my parents send me for shaadi .. 
what i do to pass time in office ..
1. go to all the blog sites.. bahut saare links mil jaate hain 1 site se doosra .. doosre se teesra.. and kamaal ki baat all are intersting..
2. stop by somebody who is also vela like me ..
3. go to cafeteria to see who all are in there and what are they doin.. just time pass
4. lunch time for 1-1.5 hour
5. make plans what i will be doin in such a short visit to india
6. check for all the marriage sites .. and see if someone is there for me..
what i do at home..
1. ghar par to cooking hi major timepass kar deti hai ..
2. uske baad calls to friends..
3. thoda ghomne chale gaye..
4. thoda tv
5. roommate ke saath gappen..
6. some shopping
7. play Quake…
aur yeh sab bore ho gaye to SLEEP
best time pass.. and not to mention movies (abhi 1 month pehle tak saari hindi movies se updated tha 1 month se backlog kaafi ho gaya)

FYI Manpreet! last week it was in Newspaper that some private bank has been ordered to pay double the amount of bill to the persons, whom the credit card were issued without any request being made. Just similar to your case. So you an pursue the bank also in free time

poore din ka plan chapna koi aasan hai.. iske liye insaan ko vela hona padta hai sochne ke liye ke poore din mein kya karta hai woh .. so now u can imagine kitna vela hota hoon main office mein .. anyways.. its not that i like cooking par i cant eat out daily .. so have to cook .. paapi pet ka sawal hai
but yes in a year i have learned all the dishes meri maa khilaya karti thi mere ko .. 
Manpreet bhai tell me one thing .. .. i must appreciate the photography.. its too good.. the quality ..location all are really very good.. jab bhi main tumhari site par aata hoon lagta hai kisi bollywood movie ki site par aa gaya jisme screenshots of the movie daale hue hain ..waise tumne pictures mein kuch touching kari hai ya yeh directly camera ki output hai ..which camera u took these pictures from ? the ones which r on ur main page .. kuch gyan hamara bhi bada do pictures kaise li jayen

Look who’s getting bored here?
Well, I can never understand how people can get bored. There is so much to do around us…I sometimes think that life is too short to do what all we want to.
I can understand how sometimes you have to just sit at work even when there is nothing to do. That sure could get boring. But then, why did some great person make Internet?? Aise logon ko dhyaan mein rakh kar hi tou Internet bana tha. There is so much to do, if you could.
When you are not at work, tubh tou bore hone ka sawaal hi nahi pedaa hota hai. U r a free bird, and could do anything & everything. The possibilites are endless—cook, clean (:)), read, watch TV, visit/talk to friends, freak out, sleep, shop, drive….I can go on & on….
Vaise, I liked the websites you mentioned…Interesting.

bunty is back in town baby!!… 510am and my boss is on all time high…. god knows wat kind of energy bhaji he feeds on….working as a project trainee so am in the category of side corner sitting and 10 hours kuttey ki tarah coding…. yea right…. but night jobs are kind of cool at times… 3am and some1 starts pouring decibels in the tranquility thru tezaab and qsqt s old classics….crap actually…but am trying to make me feel better about it… yesterday was all snapped in the evening so went to a nokia showroom, hutch , reliance care centre and asked at each place
i want to check out this particular model…

such spoilt sports… chucked me out… only if insanity could be contagious…

the mystery behind the nick crashpoint:
during the 2nd world war..u.s. armies used these war planes called spitfires…their competition mein japs developed another models… they were far better …awesome at flying sorties…but had one major flaw…. stucked up landing gear… so its like all time ekdum smooth flight and moments before touchdown…. crash!!… thats why those points came to be known as crashpoint_zero….
apni life mein bhi kuch aisi hi analogy hain… just when i ve figured it out… satan strikes and my machine crashes…
hence the pain nicked himself crashpoint…

[Manish] Haha.. even i was completely vella for about first 13-14 months of my job.. not much to do.. Oh, you cook yourself ‘coz u can’t eat out daily..!! Wish I could do the same… but never got any enthu to cook my food!! There are so many restaurants, dhaba’s a couple of mins away from my place.. so don’t feel like cooking at all!!
And yup, thanks for appreciating my photography skills… Well, to be frank.. I think myself to be very bad at clicking snaps… very amateur!! I have a Sony P32 (3.2 MP) camera… and a Canon Powershot A95 (5 MP).. All these pictures in the header has been clicked by the Sony cam!!

[Mannat] Arrey mannat, how much can you surf on the net!! Agreed, that its a great timepass… but 8-10 hrs a day… 5-6 days a week… is so boring!!
Cooking.. already tried it couple of times.. you can check out the result here
Cleaning… did it day before yesterday.. my room looks a lot better now..
Watch TV… naah… hate it!!
Visit/talk to friends and freak out… Yeah… did that yes’day..!! yeh to chalta rehta hai!!
Shopping… going to bombay tomorrow.. with a fat wallet
Sleep.. When u r free, to neend bhi nahin aati..
Drive.. not a option.. my car is lying in Delhi…

BTW, are you in TCS? AFAIK, only there, s/w engineers have night shifts!! Agreed.. sometime working in the night is fun.. not many people around.. you can blow the music at full blast in the office.. enjoy endless cups of coffee… and have fun!! but.. everyday.. i mean everynight.. puts ur social life off track.. when eveybody is awake.. u are sleeping.. and when everybody is snoring.. u have to slog in office..!! This is one thing which i don’t like about IT industry!! Working hours are too inconvenient at times!!

life… yea i have heard of that word… went to the nearby coffee house and ordered a cup of it… guess wat?… the cup was empty…
and from the above experiment we can conclude that this carbon based life form does not posess the elementary compound called life and is viable to infinite comments of ‘get a life’…
thats the thing re… am not in a bigshot “iwill make u sit in the corner until something crops up and then make your existence more miserable than acrippled snail with a blinded vision” company like t c s yaar… there is this firm in baroda…webmyne systems… am a php scripter for that…. and out here… life simulates the black hole every moment…
the ugly fat loser next to me took away my earphones so cant listen to rock…will have to satiate myself with the mithun b grade flick zakhmi naagin type of songs fatty plays…. trip the disc dj flab…make my day…
its ilke 930 2 630 crap…fir ghar pe… 7to 1 i sleep..wake up ..have food.. its 3 by then… afternoons i m dazed… read a book or gameplan these pranks… evening execution or go for a run… tired by then…come home have food…be a part of the kirkir at home… and then back to square no.1…. next to fatman… his sidekick bunty….
its moments like these that make u wish dinosaurs were extinct and one could be whistled anytime to gulp you down…
