Thank God
Last 3-4 days were like journey to hell. Had a terrible time, literally!
Actually, my dadaji (grand-father) who is about 81-82 yrs old have lost his memory with age. He is in this situation for the past 1-2 years. Sometimes, he even don’t recognize us, my dad, anybody in the house! Now, on friday morning, on rakhi, he somehow went out of the house. Normally, we keep all doors locked, and there is always somebody who is taking care of him. But, that day, don’t know how, he manged to open the lock, and go out. Friday, Saturday and half of Sunday, everybody from my family, relatives, friends searched almost every nook and corner of Delhi. Checked each and every hospital, gurudwara, etc with no success. Lodged an FIR, then complaint in the Missing Persons department. Even consulted astrologers!
It was like hell broke loose on our family. And, here I was in Bombay, barely able to do anything, with all my mind diverted towards him. But, all thanks to the almighty, we found him in a gurudwara - Nanak Pio on Sunday evening. A big, big relief!!
Don’t know how he got there, how he travelled all the way from Vikas Puri to Nanak Pio Gurudwara, where did he slept those 2 nights, how he beared the rain, what did he eat… we simply don’t know anything. All we can say, there’s somebody, who cares for us, and has listen to our prayers, and has returned my grand-father. Thank God!!

oh my goodness!!! I am glad to hear that your grandfather is well and good. That is really very scary. Wow two days with no idea where he was…its just unthinkable and so hard for you too being so far.
But it ended with very good news that he is safe. Its so hard with those who have lost their memory at that age because they just don’t remember anyone and don’t know how to get back home.
Hope the rest of your family is well. Don’t stress anymore, relax and enjoy your classes.
