  • Saw ‘Deewane Hue Pagal‘. A friend told me that it’s a copy of ‘There’s something about Mary‘
  • So, I came back from the theatre, searched on the insti LAN for that movie, and watched it.
  • Must say the english version is atleast hazaar times better than the crap dished out by DHP team.
  • Also, watched ‘Notting Hill‘, ‘Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena‘ & ‘Meet the Parents‘ during the last few days.
  • All of them are good pure timepass movies.
  • Burnt 7 DVDs for my collection - containing 29 movies.
  • Want to burn all 10 seasons of Friends as well. I love it.
  • Side-by-side, have started preparing for APICS certification.
  • The exam is on 10th, and I’ve just had a look at the books. Looks like 8000 bucks will go down the drain =(
  • Talking about exams, the results for my end-terms have started pouring in.
  • And, to my surprize I’ve got grades way above my own expectations =)
  • That too in the subjects for which I had hardly prepared =)
  • An AA grade in organization behaviour added a cherry on the cake =)
  • Today morning, woke up early, and cleaned my room for a change.
  • It was way too messy.
  • Yesterday, went to airport to see off one of my very good friends. He’s got an onsite assignment.
  • Last year, 11 of us celebrated new year together in Pune.
  • And, this year there will be only 5. =(
  • Phew! Things have changed so dramatically in the past few months that almost everybody is moving out of Pune.
  • Sometimes, I do wonder whether we will ever get together again or not! I had great time with these people.
  • Hmm..
  • Anyways, after 3 long years, I will be celebrating New Year at home =)
  • And, in just another 40-42 hours, I will be enjoying comforts of my room.. Whoooo! =) =)
  • So, I guess the next post will be from Delhi now =)

What is the APICS certification? What does it stand for? What are the benefits of doing it?

Hmm…why are so many moving out of Pune? Finding better jobs? Going for higher studies? What’s the reason?

Poonam: APICS offers CPIM i.e. Certified in Production & Inventory Management. It is basically related to Supply Chain Management (SCM). And, quite a few IT companies are looking for managers who are APICS certified. That’s why I’m doing it.

Yes, my friends are moving out of Pune one by one ‘coz somebody wants to go for higher studies, somebody wants a better job, somebody wants to do a job in their homecity… blah blah

I’m going to Delhi for almost a month :) Will be back in 2006 now :)

Even I want the entire ten seasons of Friends to be burnt.. i simply love them all…. esply Rachel, Joey, Ross, Chandler, Phoebe, Monica.. ohh.. i’ve mentioned them all :lol: hmm… i simply love each and every character. oh god… if i start talking abt it, i’ll go on and on and on.
