Bollywood deta hai to chappad phad ke!
It’s not only the Mumbai rains that has been constantly pouring on. Bollywood is too gearing up for a downpour - a downpour of star-studded films this season.
Lage Raho Munnabhai
Yes, the ever adorable Munnabhai & his companion Circuit are coming back to the theatres near you. This is one film that every tom, dick and harry in the country is looking for. As per the news, this film is not a sequel to Munnabhai MBBS - infact, its an entirely new spinoff. The promos look quite enticing so far. And, the music is rocking, specially the title song.
And whatmore, the mailboxes are getting flooded with Munnabhai jokes like these:
PROFESSOR: Gandhi Jayanti ke baray mein kya jantey ho?
MUNNA BHAI: Gandhi bahut jabardast aadmi tha, Baap. Maa Kasam, par apun ko yeh nehin malum ke yeh Jayanti kaun hai.
To mamu seat belt tight kar le, munnabhai aa rahela hai 
Aap Ki Khatir
This Akshaye Khanna, Suneil Shetty, Dino Morea, Priyanka Chopra and Amisha Patel’s starrer is claiming to be India’s first date flick (I doubt it). Looks to be a feel good film made keeping in mind viewers in metro cities. According to Indiaglitz, ‘Aap Ki Khatir’ takes a viewer through a journey of five men and women who eventually realize the value of true love and the means to achieve it!
Lets see how this Dharmesh Darshan’s product fares at the box office.
Dhoom 2
After a terrific success of Dhoom, Yash Raj Chopra’s camp is coming out with its sequel pretty soon. Dhoom 2’s starcast is quite different - Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Rimi Sen, Bipasha Basu, Hrithik Roshan and Uday Chopra. Pretty impressive, eh! From the posters it looks like, the movie is all about stunts, style, action, and babes 
I hope it is as good as Dhoom if not better!
Apart from these movies, there are few other worth looking forward to:
- Don - Remake of the Big B’s blockbuster
- Bas Ek Pal - Starring Sanjay Suri, Jimmy Shergill, Urmila Matondkar, Juhi Chawla and Rehaan Engineer
- Ahista Ahista - Can watch it just for Soha Ali Khan

btw, the song Samjo hohi gaya.. is too gud in Munnabhai.. a song tht makes u laugh as u do watchin’ the movie too

thanks for the lowdown on the new movies that are going to come. I am saying it here now, I think that Munnabhai and D2 are going to be the two big hits. Everything else is going to flop badly.

I’m not even going to say what i felt about KANK. It’s such a crapppy movie. The first half was still okay, but second half was only rohna dhona!!
I’d say give this a miss and wait for D2

oh.. i should have listened to all the warnings tht my friends gave..
saw KANK.. couldn’t digest atall..
except for the songs and some light moments in the first half, the rest of the movie was jus dragging dragginggggggg… man, we were waiting in the end to get out of the cinema hall!!!

i am DEFINITELY going to go see kabhi alvida naa kehna just for my dear abhishek.
uske liye toh main sab se behkaar si behkaar movie dekh lu..even if he is starring with that idiot mithun.. i would go see it just for abhishek. 
i am going to like it — there are people that have liked it, they haev all been girls..so maybe its more of a girl movie..not for you boys.
