Powerless or Powerful Delhi?

Don’t know why Delhites are complaining about poor power situation in the capital.

IMO Delhi has so much abundant power supply, that these guys even keep the streetlights on during daytime. Kya hoga bharat desh ka?

I’ve seen this quite a few times….

but I remember well not the exact thing…but in school once my Phy teacher had told us why these ppl leave the sodium lamps/streetlighs ON during the day time….there was some reason for it…which I fail to recall now…cuz of my poor memory :P
